Essential Oils that are 100% pure and are used in the correct way, can be very beneficial.
But we all need to be carful because some Essential Oils can be harmful to people.
An Essential oil a liquid extracted from flowers, grasses, fruits, leaves, roots, or trees. The oils maintain the odors and tastes, and thus the essence, of the plant they are extracted from.
A Favorite application of essential oils is in the field of Aromatherapy.
There is a wide Varity of essential oils. Some oils are beneficial for certain things. Dry skin, Oily skin. inflammation, Redness, Irratated skin.
Essential oils assist in the healing of physical and psychological ailments. For example:

- Lavender Essentail Oil reduces inflammation and soothes irratated skin. (My Fav)
- Citrus oils like Lemon and orange are good for energizing your skin.
- Peppermint oil (when taken Orally) can aid in digestive health.
But do not take Essential oils directly. Find a trustworthy recipe.

Recipe for Essentail oil Facial Mist:
- Make a cup or 20z of green tea
- 5 drops of pure lavender Essentail oil
Shake up and
spritz all over face& neck
Rosemary Facial Mist:
- 3oz Distilled water
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 6 Drops pure Rosemary essential oil
- 1 fresh sprig of Rosemary
