Miley wore this to an Much music awards
Sugar, you look beautiful.
NOT!
looking at this picture, it screams "Britney wannebe!"
Only a few people can pull this off! On her, this just looks extreamly embarrassing.
Think about her big ego on disney channel, and then she shows up like this? Personally it seems she hasnt matured at all, she was more adult like in her younger ages.
Who wears that?, only lady gaga can. not you miley, you dont work it, sorry!

Yummy olive oil scrub for dry skin!
What you need:
2 or 3 Tbsp Extra virgin Olive oil
2 Tbsp organic honey
4 tbsp granulated sugar
Apply to skin, gently rub it in, using circular motions, to help draw out impurities.
Don't rub or scrub to hard, or it will cause damage to the epidermis
THE science
Easy as 1 , 2 ,3
Honey, is a humectant, meaning it works to naturally moisturize your skin.
It's hydroscopic, drawing pure moisture into your skin to hydrate, smooth, soften and replenish.
No wonder it is used in so many skin and hand creams!
Also, honey's thick consistency purges pore to collect dirt, and excess sebum and wash it away.Yummy!
Exposure to free radicals causes premature aging of the skin. Since honey is a natural antioxidant, it helps counter any free radicals.
Many d.i.y. recipes will include honey.
Mainly because of its soothing properties. Along with that, honey is used to heal, and beautify the skin.
Emerging science confirms honey contains antiseptic and antibacterial properties, to kill bacteria, and PROPERLY cleanse the skin
Sugar
Sugar acts as a natural exfoliant, gently sweepy away dead skin cells to reveal, refresh, smooth and soft skin!
While wiping away dead cells, it helps new skin cells multiply to replish dry, dead skin.
Olive oil
Extra virgin Olive oil is a all natural moisturizer. Dermatologist swear by it. Instead of chemical hydraters that clog pores and over moisturize, olive oil leaves a ligth coat of moisture over the skin to protect it from free radical damage and other environmental changes.
Don't let the word, OIL scare you, the molecules in E.V.O.o. are to large to clog your pores! YAY!
Olive oil also contains omega-3 fatty acids, which is essential for the health of skin, hair, and nails. Omega-3's also ( when taken oraly) can reduce bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol.

2 Tbsp organic honey
