2 or 3 Tbsp Extra virgin Olive oil
2 Tbsp organic honey
4 tbsp granulated sugar
Mix these all together
Apply to skin, gently rub it in, using circular motions, to help draw out impurities.
Don't rub or scrub to hard, or it will cause damage to the epidermis
