I'm a little late on this review, as you can see, I've used half of this Wiccy Magic Muscles massage bar!!

Perfect for exercise. Once you get used to it, you'll start to run just for the pleasure of your Wiccy massage when you get home. Aduki beans work your muscles and aches as the bar is massaged into the skin and they help to break out tension.

So basically, What you do, Is massage this bar into your skin. When you do so, this fragrant Cinnamon bar will melt on contact to your skin and become a lotion. The lotion is greasy, but its like massage oil. I wouldn't consider it a con. One CON would be that your skin doesn't absorb it fast.
